Enrollment Process

1. Student obtains school information via our Web site, email inquiry or phone call with one of our sales consultants (If applicable, FCS assists student with funding paperwork)
2. FCS and student agree on course type and date of enrollment
3. Student submits enrollment form along with deposit via online enrollment form, mail or over the phone.
4. Once FCS receives form and deposit, prospective student is express-mailed training materials to allow for advance preparation. Materials include:
      - Cessna Citation training manual (obtained direct from factory)
      - Flight training guide
      - Part 25 operating manual
   
5. If necessary, FCS will assist student with travel and accommodations.

Scheduling changes made within seven days of course date may result in forfeiture of deposit. The course balance is payable by certified funds or cash on the first day of class, or by personal or business check ten working days prior to the first day of class. Although unlikely, in the event Flight Crew Systems, Inc. needs to move a class date, student will be given the option of obtaining a full refund if revised dates do not agree with student's schedule.
